Lori is a Harvard graduate and former corporate attorney turned abstract painter. Drawing on her background in jewelry design and polymer clay, Lori creates captivating and often whimsical pieces that utilize vivid colors and soft geometrics. Taking delight in harmonizing contrasts, Lori's modern abstract paintings reflect her attempts to both tame and celebrate this wonderful chaos called life.
Lori also founded and runs a volunteer program at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA, Janet's Jems for Healing, named after her mother who passed away from ovarian cancer. She designs and donates her one-of-a-kind jewelry to cancer patients to remind them that they are not alone.
